This week we are launching our Family Court Reporting Watch Project, funded by the Legal Education Foundation (thanks LEF).

We will be posting regularly on family court cases of interest or which have made the news. You can read the full press release here.

We’d like you to get involved. Please email us on reportingwatch@transparencyproject.org.uk if you see something that you think we should cover. And do please tweet or share our posts on twitter or facebook (our facebook page is here).

We will use the category FCReportingWatch to identify posts under this project.

We also hope to be able to gather together correction requests we have made where we identify misreporting or inaccuracies in stories about family law or family court cases. We will offer feedback and constructive suggestions to the media where we spot something that could be more accurately or more clearly reported. You will be able to find these posts under the hashtag #correctionrequests.
